Model Yacht Design
Yachts are custom designed to your yacht specifications and equipment, each is unique and build 100% from scratch. A side view of the CAD design of a custom 78' North Coast model is shown below.

Model yacht design differs in many ways from model tallship design simply because of the different elements and materials each is/was made of. The hull is designed similarly for both. Shown below are the sections required to create any scale hull of a Johnson 87' super-yacht.
